Pat Smullen completed a 34/1 treble on the night at Dundalk as he helped trainer Michael Halford to a brace in the concluding This Is The Ladbrokes Life Handicap with Hat Alnasar (2/1 favourite).
A sixth winning market-leader on the eight race session at the Dowdallshill venue, Hat Alnasar got the better of McGuigan a furlong out before going on to see off that rival by a length and a quarter.
Smullen's earlier winners were Ancient Sands for John Kiely and Captain Joy for Tracey Collins.
Meanwhile Halford had been on the mark in the 7.00 with the Conor McGovern-ridden Crazy Tornado
On Hat Alnasar Halford remarked: "He's very consistent and uncomplicated. He's happy once he has a bit of room. He'll never let you down, and we'll keep him on the go."
