afterwards: .Gillian. David gave him a smashing ride. The only way to ride him is to come late and fast. His jumping is so good. He has only got good to firm ground three times and he has won all three. If he comes up in the ratings he will run in the Galway Hurdle.

He is a good horse and only got his ground today. The summer didn't come for him. He is a genuine horse and is as game as a pebble. He has plenty of ability and he is a half-brother to Ally Cascade (runs tomorrow in Naas) of Noel Meade's. I didn't want to leave him off after his Listowel run so it's good to finish like this.

After race at Tramore Fri, 1st Jun, 2012 (1st)
Davy said he must be very good to win from where he came from. He was nearly brought down at the first, and was taken wide at another stage. He must be a machine!. He could be a Galway Hurdle horse in time and did well to win. He's Foildubh's training partner, so I knew he was good. He'll go for a winners-of-one next.
