May Dullea (8/1) ran out a convincing victor of the Sean Graham Bookmakers Handicap Hurdle at Down Royal for Denis Cullen and Jody McGarvey.
After the victorious King's Theatre mare had crossed the line, with more authority than the two lengths she had in hand over Fighting Days would imply, Seamus Breen, head of the winning syndicate, the Glending-grouping said: "She had a super run in what we thought was a much better race at Fairyhouse but got a bit of a cough afterwards so that's why she hasn't been out since.
"Denis was confident if the ground wasn't too firm. She has been very consistent. She was placed 9 times last year. We thought she was a class above them today."
Breen heads the four member syndicate. Three hail from Wicklow (Blessington) and one is from Kildare.
Meanwhile Jody McGarvey said: "She did everything super. She travelled and jumped great. She went away and did the business."
