He is a horse that is improving all the time. You could say he was unlucky here the last night, things went wrong and he got hampered up the straight a bit. I didn't think we would beat Harry's Bar, but there was good prize money. We thought we would have a crack. There's another conditions race here in a month's time and he might run in that. We'll take it from there as it comes.

We thought he was a nice two-year-old but he was disappointing one day in the north. We ran him back here and Ben said to put a tongue-tie on him. He was working well. He's rated 63 and was in a handicap here last Wednesday but had a stone-bruise on the morning and we couldn't run him. It's just as well now. There is a winners race here in two weeks time so we might go for that. The lads have the mare, they bred him, and she's bred a winner at two now so it helps everything.
