You wouldn’t think he was after running over fences, he was very nimble over hurdles. Obviously, he was off a lower mark. I thought coming here that he was a better chaser than a hurdler, but you can’t argue with that. He’s in the National and sure you’d have to consider it. It’s fantastic, it’s so hard to be competitive here so to win two races is brilliant.

This horse has threatened to win a big one for a long time. He kept going up in the handicap and I thought his chance was gone to be honest,. Mark gave hima great ride, he took his time and stayed wide for the better ground. It's great. It's a brilliant race to win. It fell right for him today. They went a right good gallop, he took his time and everything fell right for him. He jumped well and settled lovely. I don't know would he be an out-and-out three-miler on soft ground, he's not slow. I don't know where he goes now, we'll enjoy this one anyway.

He was really good, he ran well at Christmas and the horses are on fire at the moment. He travelled so sweet today. The horses have just taken a huge step forward and I'm grateful. He got the run of the race, they didn't go a wild gallop. He had a nice possy and quickened well, he just did everything well. He's qualified for the Pertemps and after winning today he'll probably get in.

That was great. We've liked him and I was fairly confident he'd handle conditions. Obviously we were very afraid of Willie's (Mullins) horse coming here but I'm not one bit surprised because he has shown us plenty at home,. My wife Kiva along with the breeder have half shares and they sent him over from France; I won a bumper with his half-brother (Wavelength). He'll be for sale.
