he's a right old lad! He wasn't right for a while but has been good enough again recently. I thought he'd win last week but he came from a good bit back. He is what he is now and it's hard to keep him sound; he's a bit like myself! As long as he's happy we'll keep him going though and hopefully he'll win another one. the false rails are a big improvement. You've a better chance of getting a run when before they were murdering each other. Mountain Coral got inured here twice and was out for two months on each occasion.

I thought he wouldn't be beaten but I couldn't say it to anyone as he has let us down so often before. He has been dropping in the handicap and that helped. He'll come back here now next Friday night.

He's a smashing horse. He had terrible problems as a young horse we weren't sure if we had a string halt or a wobbler. Aine Corcoran from Naas is a japanese shiatsu therapist and she treats him everytime he runs and she's done a great job with him.

What can I say! He just keeps improving all of the time. We decided to step him in class and he handled it well. We were hoping 5f would be his optimum trip that bringing him back a furlong made him stronger. The first time we ran him was in Sligo on soft ground and he just didn't handle it. We will either go for the Scurry's or The Rockingham at The Curragh.

He loves this place he's won 3 times now and was 3rd. We bred him ourselves and Niall and Barry Cash are a great help to me. Barry is my son-in-law and he's given me a great dig out. He's a sprinter and we'll probably run him over 5f on firm ground and then put him out on grass.

I bred, broke, own and train Mountain Coral so I am obviously delighted! I've no immediate plans but he will probably run in a handicap over five, six or seven furlongs next.
