Barry (Geraghty) schooled him the other morning and he jumped well but you never really know until they do it in a race. It's a bit like a football team going out on to a pitch, it's then when they can bottle it. I'm very happy with the way things went there.

That was no bother to him trip wise (2m 2f). He's been very consistent and won his maiden hurdle here. I'll mix it with him over hurdles and on the flat. Things didn't work out for him last time (10th at Wexford under Johnny Murtagh) but we expected a good showing tonight.
