The last night things just happened too quick for him. We knew seven is his winning trip and stepping back worked out,. He gave him a very good ride. He got off him the last night and apologised because he had gone too far in front. There is no controlling of him really but Luke actually had him well under control tonight. The plan was just to sit in, to sit on something's girth if possible. He broke very well and he gave him a very good ride. Unfortunately Luke's just not getting enough rides at the moment but hopefully this will help him along the way.

I always loved this horse from day one, and I think he'll prefer grass,. The tactics didn't work out, as I wanted to drop him in to get some cover but he was a little bit keen. Andrew gave him a superb ride and he's one of a group of good young riders coming along at the moment. Big thanks to my staff, and the physio Sharon Kelly came in on Tuesday to give them all a rub and they are all in good form.

He's a nice horse. I bought him out of Godolphin last year for a fella in Canada who is originally from Enniskillen. He wanted out of him because he's going on five and thank-god I talked Rita Shah into buying him,. I've always liked him and always thought he should have won a maiden. Things just didn't work out and one day at Pontefract he got injured. A horse stood on him coming around the home-bend then when he was cruising. I was pretty confident tonight. He got a little bit lonely as he was in front for so long but he hung on well. The horse are all in great form, thank-god, and I've a good team behind me from staff to owners. Even Dundalk plays it part as we gallop here twice a week.
