It was a good performance. Everything went to plan. He settled well, they went an even gallop, he loved the ground and got the trip,. It took him a while to learn to settle but you couldn't fault him today. It work out terrifically and he quickened up lovely. He'll stick to these black-type races and could even go another furlong. Now we know he settles staying should be no problem.

In the testing conditions it was a good performance. He settled well and went through the gap well. It was a nice step up from his first run. He'll go for a Stakes race now and he should keep improving and he will appreciate better ground.
