That was brilliant. Fair play to David, he said to me coming up that she would run well. The ground made the difference to her. She deserved that over fences - unfortunately she was left at the start the last day in Perth (and finished third). Robbie said she was running away everywhere (today).

I thought the ground had gone on her but she handled that well. I'm delighted. Jack gave her a great ride, she jumped great and came home well. She has a bit of a wind problem and the soft ground can catch her out a bit. We'll look for another handicap now if the handicapper isn't too hard on us. That was a much better performance than last time. She finished a bit dead in the north and was lucky to get to the line.

I thought she mightn't be fit enough for today and I thought the 1m2f might be a bit sharp as I've never run her on the flat before today. She doesn't take a whole lot of work at home and should improve a bit for that. The young lad (Killian Hennessy) gave her a great ride and the gaps came at the right time. She'll get a mile and half no bother and might also get 1m6f.
