It's nice to be able to come and win first time out over fences. He had a bit of class over hurdles. He was running in some good handicaps and he was never beaten too far. He did that terribly well and Barry said he's a super jumper. He could have been foolish at a few, but he put himself right and he's clever enough. We weren't able to school him that much because of the hard ground. He'll stay novice chasing. He might have to meet some of the better one, but it's a bit early in the year yet and he might get another one in before they arrive. Two and a half is as far as he would like to go.

he's a hardy horse and deserved that win having put in some great performances recently. The ground helped and long-term he'll make a nice chaser. He'll go chasing next season but will run next in a big handicap hurdle at Punchestown

He did it well and he's bound to come on a bit (first run in 178 days). He'll go down the novice route. Austin was also on leading-up duties on this occasion.

It was nearly time to be coming up with a winner!. He is a smashing horse and I'd imagine he will be put out now. He is a forward type of horse and he will be ready for a hurdle around October. I don't think he will go for a winners bumper unless the owner wants him to.
