He has been a great servant and I always believed that he'd win a race on grass. He was second in this race last year. Paul (winning owner, who is from Castlewellan, Co Down) is a great supporter of mine and this is his favourite horse. We will probably look at one of the big handicaps at the Curragh for him now on Derby weekend.

It was a good weight carrying performance and he just loves it around here. Shane gets a good tune out of him.

It was a tricky muddling old race. Shane is riding really well at the moment and he got a lovely position and did well to win. The horse loves it around here, it was a good race and he got a very good ride. He probably got there a bit sooner than he would have liked but he didn't want to get locked in. He will come back here on Friday week for a mile handicap.

It was a good fast pace and a true run race. He has improved all season and loves it around here,. He'll go to Dubai in January. He's entitled to go out there. Six, seven or a mile it's no difference to him. Shane gave him a lovely ride as he's not the easiest to settle. They went a hell of a good gallop and I'd say that was a good race.

That was a very very good ride from a bad draw. Shane is very cool and keeps his head although I was delighted to see him come down the outside like I told him too! . Listen, some nights it'll work out for you and some nights it won't. Anyway he is a smashing horse and he just loves it around here. He is on the waiting list for Dubai and hopefully he'll get an invite now. We also have Hujaylea and Invincible Ash going. It starts in the middle of January.

He was unlucky here last time and I had no bother dropping him back a furlong as he travels really well and loves this surface,. He's on the improve. My horses seems to be in good form and love this surface. He got a good ride also - Shane did well to get out. He wants a bit of nice ground and will run on grass. He's had a few quick runs and unless there was something here for him I wouldn't run him again too quickly.

He had a wind-operation over the winter and he got stronger so the winter done him well. He loves the surface and Shane gave him a great ride. They might have went too fast for their own good up front. Mine seem to be forward enough. Shanrod goes for the Fred Winter next week. He is due to carry ten stone five and I'd imagine Robbie Power will ride him.

He needed a jockey and Johnny was brilliant on him today,. He's a big raw horse and the surface helped him today. The soft ground found him out at Killarney the last day. I'm delighted for Paul Rooney, who is a great supporter of the yard. We'll stick to handicaps for the minute but he has been schooled over hurdles and will go jumping in the future.
