We've got the distance right with her and that's a big thing. She's definitely improving and Declan gave her a grand ride. She was better tonight and maybe she was a bit ring-rusty last time. We think she could be even better over a mile and a half. There is a listed race here in a couple of weeks time and we'll have a look at that. She's entitled to take her chance.

We knew she was in great form but we had two concerns coming here. Firstly she hadn't run on the surface before and we weren't sure how she'd cope. As well as that we didn't know whether she'd get the trip. She had been finishing her previous races off well though. We were hopeful without being confident. She done it easy enough and she got a grand ride from Declan. He was delighted with her. It is great for us as we only have a couple in training. We're thrilled.

It's grand to get a winner. We don't hit the winners' enclosure too often!. She's been knocking on the door and deserved to get a turn. We had been looking for an excuse to go to Galway and we've got one now. She's a grand mare and got a grand ride from Declan but Seamus Heffernan normally rides mine and hopefully we'll get him again. He brought her to where she is now. I have six in training and I only do the mucking out. I have to thank the lads in the yard who do all the hard work.
