The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Adrian McGuinness, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Distillate (GB), placed first, as compared with its recent form. Adrian McGuinness stated that the step up in trip coupled with the better ground may have helped to bring about the apparent improvement in form.
