FormscanBy Eamonn Murphy - Ger Lyons' horses are fit and well, so despite the fact that we haven't seen Song Of Namibia since September he's greatly feared. That's certainly the case when one considers the son of Cape Cross took this contest last year, but he was coming into that event on the back of an outing eleven days before. Song Of Namibia would be the choice but for WARNAQ'S presence in the line-up. It was difficult not to be taken with the manner of her victory at Navan on April 7th when she made all, keeping on strongly in the final furlong to defeat another Spratt/Lyons/Keane hope, Inscribe. The Arcano filly got a nine pound hike in the weights for that but she could be up to defying the increased mark. St Lawrence Gap, Storm Rising and Two For Tea are among the others that need considering.
