FormscanBy Michael Graham - TRUSTYOURINSTINCT ought to appreciate this better ground. This Churchill gelding won two of his three races on the Flat before switching to jumping. He was beaten roughly the same distance into fourth at Fairyhouse and into third in a Grade 3 at Naas, on much slower ground, and the form has been franked. The 116-rated Palamon has been placed in a couple of maiden hurdles and sets a fair standard. Katakana was only 3/1 for her debut at Naas, but didn't show. Significant improvement wouldn't be surprising, though. Gavin Cromwell's Royal Reprobate is a half-brother to a horse who won two bumpers and a maiden hurdle for the stable while Dutch Gold isn't out of it.
