Worldly Wise to very fast pace
Worldly Wise has been a great old campaigner for the Pat Flynn stable and running for the first time in the colours of his wife Catherine (has previously run in three different sets of silks) the seven-year-old scored for the sixth time in his career by landing the Racing Post Breeze-Up Bonus Race. Toraidhe and Zorija Rose went very fast up front and they were clear as they battled it out up the straight. However Worldly Wise had conserved his energy for a final burst that carried him to a three parts of a length victory over Toraidhe.
Danny Grant, back from suspension with a winner at the Curragh on Sunday aboard Flynn's She's Our Mark, commented: "They went too fast up front and I just let my lad bowl along."
