Uncharted stepped forward nicely from her debut run to take the second division of the mile maiden at Dundalk.
The Richard O'Brien-trained filly had finished mid-division on her debut at the Curragh last month.
Sent off a 10/1 shot this afternoon she was produced to lead a furlong-and-a-half from home by Ronan Whelan, who had also landed the first division of the race.
The daughter of Territories galloped on well in the closing stages to record a two-and-a-quarter length win over 9/4 favourite Oh Say
“That's great and I'm delighted with her,” said O'Brien.
“She's a filly that had worked well before we ran her in her maiden and she obviously improved a lot from that run.
“I have to thank Michael Pyne who is a massive supporter and it was him who put together the syndicate to buy her. I'm very grateful to him.
“That's it with her for the year and well give her a nice long break.
“Something like the Madrid Handicap might be worth looking at. That was over a mile but on testing ground at Naas over seven might be an interesting option.”
