Walsh doubles up
Ruby Walsh completed a double at Downpatrick when partnering Willie Codd's Conker Nails to win the Pat O'Hare Bookmakers Mares Maiden Hurdle.
The win was the first at the venue for trainer Codd, and, according to connections, Conker Nails may head to Tramore for a handicap hurdle shortly.
The double leaves Walsh level with Paul Carberry, on 26 winners, at the head of the Jockeys' Championship.
