John Ryan and Pa King combined to take the bumper at Sligo, the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Mares (Pro/Am) INH Flat Race, with 12/1 chance Brooks Falls

Seventh on debut at Ballinrobe in May, the daughter of Court Cave since finished third over the course and distance to Queens Boulevard.

Settled in second, the bay victor improved to lead from three furlongs out and kept on well under pressure inside the final furlong, going on to score by half a length.

The front-running Betsey Boots (4/1) plugged on to take second, while the even money favourite Kerry Star was another half a length back in third under Patrick Mullins for his father Willie.

"She's a tough mare - tough as nails," said Ryan.

"It's hard to do it the way she did it and it's nice to see Pa back on a winner.

"That'll do his confidence the world of good."

STEWARDS REPORT

The Stewards interviewed Mr. D. Cullen, Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Starter, in relation to the withdrawal at the start of Henry's Dream Evidence was heard from Mr D. Cullen and Mr. A.M. King, rider of Henry's Dream. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that Mr. Cullen withdrew the horse as per his powers under Rule 208 (vi) but had concerns over the time of the withdrawal and the lack of communication in relation to the withdrawal, and the fact that the public announcement had not been made until sometime after the race was complete. The Stewards therefore referred the matter to the CEO of the Irish Horse Regulatory Board for further investigation.
