Rudigreen wins for Fahy/O'Farrell

Pat Fahy's horses had been quiet over the winter months but his Rudigreen was the Co Carlow trainer's second winner in a week, when winning the Firville Handicap Hurdle, under Conor O'Farrell.

The son of Rudimentary was held up by O'Farrell, progressing into third place entering the straight, before stretching nine lengths clear of his rivals, for an easy win.

Fahy was not present for the win.
