West Cork Wildway completed a tremendous day for punters at Tipperary when readily landing the Season Finale Flat Race.
The well-backed evens favourite was the fifth market leader to collect on the afternoon and supporters had few worries as Paul O'Flynn's charge bounded clear inside the final furlong.
The writing was on the wall as the dual point-to-point winner cruised to the front early in the straight and Eoin O’Brien just shook him up to beat I’mstillyourbaby by four and a half lengths.
Arcadian Sunrise was another five lengths back in third.
O'Brien said, "He is a very nice horse and has a good pedigree too. Any horse that wins a four-year-old maiden point to point first time out has a fair level of ability and he won his winners' race after.
"He then had a break and had a very good run in a maiden hurdle in Listowel, when beaten by two decent horses. He was well entitled to do what he did there.
"I think the syndicate were offered to sell him after he won his point to point but they said they'd rather have a bit of fun with him. They are west Cork, Bandon area and they are going to have loads of fun with that horse.
"You'd be looking forward to him going in to a maiden hurdle after that and he should take whacking because he is a good athletic jumper."
