After winning the opener at Cork with Shady Operator Joseph O'Brien doubled-up with Band Of Outlaws in the www.naasracecourse.com Nursery.

Successful on his penultimate start at Limerick, the son of Fast Company since finished fifth in the Birdcatcher over the course last month.

Back up to seven furlongs today, he was sent off a 7/2 chance with Epsom Derby winning jockey Padraig Beggy in the saddle for owner Justin Carthy.

Settled in mid-division, he came with his challenge on the outer over two furlongs out, and was ridden to lead with over a furlong left to race. He soon stretched clear, going on to score easily by four lengths. Flamin Audi (33/1) kept on to take second under Chris Hayes for Lee Smyth, while Vocal Music (6/1) was a neck back in third for Kevin Manning and Jim Bolger. Burmese Blazer was sent off the 3/1 favourite and he finished a disappointing fifth with Colin Keane in the plate for Ger Lyons.

Padraig Beggy said afterwards: "Aidan and Joseph have always been very good to me, and we can all win on them if they are good enough. Joseph said to get him to relax. I let him come out of my hands and I was in the box seat all the way.

"Turning in I thought I'd win, and I've probably won a bit too far. It's tough going out there, it's heavy ground.

"I'll be in Dundalk and working away over the winter. The buzz and thrill I got from riding the Derby winner this year was fantastic and it would be great to experience it again. I don't know if it will ever be the Derby again but when you are in Ballydoyle you have them (Group 1) chances."
