John Murphy rounded off a productive Killarney when saddling a one two in the Plaza Hotel Handicap.
Handicap first-timer Emperor Waltz (12/1) found plenty for pressure for Shane Foley to see off stable companion Nelson Road (Colin Keane aboard that 22/1 shot) by two and a quarter lengths.
"He's a lovely big horse but it was his first handicap and I was worried the track might be a bit tight for him. I actually thought Nelson Road might have the edge on him and they're two huge horses," said Murphy.
"He is out of a sister to Milan and took this time to come to hand - he is just very big and very progressive and has a beautiful brain.
"He'll have a big future in staying Flat races and is no joke. I'll keep him at staying handicaps now and look for a galloping track."
