His four time winning dam Lovely Present signed off with a third placing in the 'Ten Up' at Navan back in February 2007 and her son, the Presenting gelding, Moyle Park (bought for 250,000 pounds out of the Harry Kelly yard) is now three from three after his impressive victory in the I.N.H. Stallion Owners European Breeders Fund Maiden Hurdle at Proudstown Park.
When the race 'hotted-up' in the straight, Mrs Susannah Ricci's exciting youngster was excellent over the final three hurdles and the Willie Mullins-trained 4/5 shot ultimately strode to an impressive six length victory over Kick On Boss
With Mullins away in Japan for Simenon's run in the 'Cup' out there, it was left to his son Patrick to say: "He jumped fine and Ruby (Walsh, winning rider) said the only three he really raced over in the straight were his best three jumps.
"He probably won't go for the Royal Bond as it will come a bit too soon.
"Dad said he'll probably go for a novice after Christmas although he's also entered in the Grade 1 in the middle of next month here over two and a half miles.
"I think his jumping will improve the more racing he does."
Walsh meanwhile commented: "He was quite keen in the Land Rover Bumper last season but he settled great today and the further he went the better he jumped.
"You'd have to be happy with him. He's not short of speed but I wouldn't say he's short of stamina either.
"He's won and that's the main thing. Patrick did plenty of schooling with him the last couple of days because he wasn't great on Friday when I schooled him so Patrick has turned him inside out since then."
