On his first start since last May and beginning for the Denise 'Sneezy' Foster yard, Miles To Memphis landed the P.S. Supplies Doors & Floors Handicap Hurdle at Navan under Mark Enright.
The former Alan King racer saw it out well up the run-in in this two miler, to get the better of Lilshane by two and three parts of a length.
"I'm so so happy, especially for Jules Sigler who owns him," said Mrs Foster.
"He owned Tipped Up Harry who is no longer with us. This horse lost his way in England and Jules sent him to me to try and rejuvenate him.
"We've spent many months getting him right and keeping him happy. He'd lost all his confidence in himself.
"Today was a bit of a fact finding mission and I'm delighted to see that he has retained his ability and I think we'll have lots of fun with him over the summer."
J.W. Kennedy, rider of Holeinthewall Bar trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled.
