Linehan at his best aboard July Days
The Mundy Handicap was won by the very aptly named July Days under a fine ride by promising apprentice jockey Eddie Linehan.
Linehan who is attached to the Willie Mullins stable recorded his fourth career win this evening aboard the Exceed And Excel filly.
Linehan was hard at work aboard Dave Marnane’s charge from over a furlong and half out soon switched to the inner and got a lovely run up the rail to lead close home and deny Academic Accolade by a neck.
