The split finally came for Privilege in the median auction maiden at Tipperary and he powered through it to win a shade snugly for Jessica Harrington.

He was all dressed up and nowhere to go in fifth racing to the final furlong with Shane Foley looking for room.

The gap opened in the final 150 yards and the son of Holy Roman Emperor had plenty of boot to take full advantage. He scooted through and soon had the race won as he passed the post a length and a half to the good at 7/2. Got The Moves finished second at 25/1 and was a length in front of 80/1 shot Moss Tucker

Foley said: "He had a nice run at Leopardstown and he has really really progressed from run to run, and surprised me today how well he did it. I'd have been very unlucky not to win.

"He'd have no bother on better ground going 1m2f and I think he could be a decent horse. After I rode in the first race I was happy the ground was good enough for him and he did it well."
