Jessica Harrington had an afternoon to remember at Gowran, as she recorded her first four-timer, which came in at the odds of 3684.50/1, and was completed by her daughter Kate.

Having earlier scored with Gambling Girl Cailin Annamh and Fresh By Nature newcomer Mr Fiftyone continued the Harrington domination in the bumper, the Mooncoin INH Flat Race, as he got up close home to score at the odds of 8/1.

Shanahan Turn, who got in as first reserve, was sent off the heavily backed 11/8 favourite, having opened on-course at 9/4.

He attempted to make all under David Roche for Henry De Bromhead, however he couldn’t hold off the challenge of the winner, who stayed on best in the closing stages, getting up to score by half a length at the line.

The ‘jolly’ had to settle for second, while See Me Here was another half a length back in third at 33/1 for trainer Denis Cullen.

Jessica Harrington said afterwards: “What a day! I think it must be my first ever four-timer, I’ve had trebles, but I can’t remember any four-timers.

"I’ve always loved this horse and I wanted to run him in the spring.

"Kate gave him a great ride, I thought he was going to finish second, but he kept gaining and gaining.

"That is David Bobbit’s first winner in his colours, he is from Dublin."
