Flat Out earns Supreme spot
Flat Out earned a tilt at the Supreme Novices' Hurdle after an impressive debut over hurdles at Punchestown.
The French bred was soon in front under Emmet Mullins and scooted away from his rivals down the straight to score by seven lengths from Better Times
"He didn't do much wrong and I'm very pleased with him. He's booked his ticket for across the water", said trainer Willie Mullins
"At the moment I'd say he'll go for the Supreme Novices. I would have kept him for the bumper but for his temperament and I wanted to go jumping with him. He'll only improve again."
Sean Graham gave the winner a quote of 33/1 for the Supreme Novice Hurdles at Cheltenham.
