Dalton records first winner on Shela House
Ben Dalton recorded his first winner on the track this afternoon after he won the Free to Speak Apprentice Handicap aboard the Jim Culloty trained Shela House
The 5yo chestnut gelding led from 2f out and drew clear of the field to record a comfortable 5 1/2 lengths victory over Silent Decision in second.
Dalton who is originally from New Ross in Co Wexford is attached to fellow countyman Conor O’Dwyer's stable and graduated from the RACE Apprentice school just last year.
