Crowe inform at Naas
The Kevin Norton Hurdle was won by Cool Running trained by Christy Roche with Alan Crowe doing the steering for owner J P McManus.
Crowe raced his mount in moderate 2nd and passed the long time leader Pied Piper Man of Jim Gormans after two out and crowe pushed his mount out to win by 3 1/2 lengths.
Roche said afterwards, 'He came out of his race from The Plate unbelievably well, he's just badly handicapped over fences.'
