Capuchinero completed a double for Joseph O'Brien, as she made the breakthrough in the irishinjuredjockeys.com Maiden.
Previously trained in the UK and bought for 13,000 at Tattersalls in July, the Holy Roman Emperor bay was seventh on her debut for current connections just over a fortnight ago.
That effort was in a handicap and back in maiden company this evening, she was sent off a 6/1 chance in the colours of the Thoroughbred Racing Syndicate.
Settled in fourth by Jake Coen, she was ridden to the front over a furlong from home and kept on well in the closing stages to see off Un Bacio Ancora by a length.
The runner-up was returned at 18/1 on her first start for Cormac Farrell, while Aces Wild the 11/10 favourite from 7/2 in early shows, could only manage a disappointing fourth.
Brendan Powell, O'Brien's assistant trainer, said: "I think the pace of the race probably played into her hands. They went hard and Jake has just taken his time.
"He said actually when she got to the front she idled a bit and he was glad when the other one came to him because she picked up again.
"She'll stay seven, it won't be a worry to her.
"It was a good find by Joseph to buy her at the sales, in all fairness to him.
"Please God she will go and win for them again, they are great owners in the yard."
O'Brien was earlier successful with Yerwanthere in the third.
