Brushed Aside wins again
Brushed Aside from the Dermot Weld stable followed up on her recent win at Dundalk after she came home in front of the Stepaside Handicap under Pat Smullen.
The daughter of Oasis Dream was prominent for most before taking up the lead over a furlong out and kept on well to score by one length.
Kris Weld son of the winning trainer said afterwards: "She's an improving filly and she got a great drive from Pat [Smullen]."
"She hasn't got her coat yet but she did it nicely. We will look for something similiar and maybe some black type later on in the season."
