Less than a week back Davids Charm got the winners flowing again for Rachael Blackmore in a Flat maiden at Gowran and a good seven day spell continued for her in Downpatrick in the Killultagh Estates Rated Novice Hurdle on Sir Benford Wales

After Davids Charm successes arrived for the season's leading National Hunt rider on Daybreak Boy and Abbey Magic at Navan the following day.

Those Proudstown Park victories were for Blackmore's main supporter, Henry de Bromhead, and Sir Benford Wales also represents the County Waterford handler.

The 7/4 market-leader to follow-up on a Kilbeggan win from 35 days earlier, the Jonathan Flanagan-owned Sir Benford Wales asserted from the last to defeat Lusis Naturea and Teqany by four and a quarter lengths and six lengths.

"It was a good performance now and the owners are local people so it is great for them," said Blackmore.

M.G. Nolan, rider of Cold Shoulder (GB) trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left during this race.
