Ben swoops on rail to take opener
Desert Ben got a lovely run up the rail to claim the opening five-furlong handicap at Dundalk.
Oliver Casey produced his mount with a strong run inside the final furlong to collar Faynita in the closing stages.
He held on for a head victory as the runner-up tried to battle back in the dying strides.
Casey received a one-day whip ban for excessive frequency. Trainer Peter Casey was absent.
