Alexander Youth wins for Wachman/Lordan

The Noel O'Callaghan owned Alexander Youth finished strongly from her wide draw to take www.curragh.ie Maiden.

Winning trainer David Wachman said: "She is a filly I really like. She showed an awful lot last year, but with the recent rain I was toying with the idea of withdrawing her this evening. Ideally she would love the hear her hooves rattle. We will now be chasing a bit of black type with her.
