After winning the second at the Curragh, Colin Keane doubled-up aboard High Expectations in the fourth at Tramore, the Martha's Bar Handicap.

The six-year-old son of High Rock was successful on his penultimate start at Ayr in May, finishing third on his most recent outing at Hamilton.

The Gordon Elliott (fifth winner of the Festival) trained victor opened at 6s on-course, eventually going off a 5/1 chance.

Settled behind the leaders on the outer, the successful bay came with his challenge over two furlongs out, and was ridden to the front inside the final furlong, keeping on best to score by half a length. Lost History (10/1) finished second under Gary Halpin for Johnny Feane, while reserve Shoulda Lied (8/1) was a neck back in third for Willie Mullins and Rachael Blackmore. Lizard Point was sent off the easy to back 4/1 favourite (from 3s) and he finished a disappointing twelfth under Leigh Roche for Pat Flynn.

Keane said afterwards: "I won the second at the Curragh so it was a journey worthwhile.

"It was very straightforward, I followed Ronan Whelan most of the way around, and he travelled into it nicely. He picked it up coming to the road.

"He got a little bit lonesome until he felt the horse down the inner coming to him, he picked up and went away again."

Elliott was also completing a double on the day. He was earlier successful at Perth with Knockmaole Boy.
