A treat is in store for those who wait until the end of Gowran’s marathon card — because the concluding Follow @BetVictorRacing On Twitter Race is arguably the most interesting race.
A division in the BetVictor Guaranteed Run For Your Money Handicap makes for an eight-race programme on Sunday — but nobody will be complaining if a winner or two can be unearthed.
It will not be easy, with big fields generally the order of the day — although punters have just five runners to consider in the finale.
The extended mile-one heat is intriguing, given that it pits the vastly experienced 10-year-old Brendan Brackan against the once-raced Broad Street
Brendan Brackan, a great servant to the Ger Lyons yard, has his 50th outing — but a first round Gowran for the Colin Keane-ridden Cork specialist.
He finished down the field at the southern venue on April 20 and may do well to match younger legs here.
Dermot Weld ’s Broad Street, meanwhile, won more than a year ago at Navan — and makes his long-awaited return to the fray.
Four weeks ago, Wargrave ran in the German Guineas when sixth behind Fox Champion at Cologne. Back on home soil, Fozzy Stack’s charge is a big player under Chris Hayes. Terzetto (Michael Halford and Ronan Whelan) and Fancy Feat (Jessica Harrington and Shane Foley) complete the field. The latter is a course-and-distance winner.
The Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden, which kicks the card off at the picturesque County Kilkenny venue, also has a manageable look to it — with seven set to take their chance.
Things are complicated by the fact, though, that only three of them have seen action before.

Joseph O’Brien has No Days Off in the mix, in what could prove to be a family affair — with his brother Donnacha on possible market leader Mythologic.
