it was a super ride from David - he said he should have kept going at the last but felt he was pricking his ears and not concentrating so just popped it. Jessie's (Harrington) horse (Neverushacon) battled well but ours stayed on well also. Andrew (Lynch) won on him at Killarney and said he reminded him of Loosen My Load as he jumped so well which was a massive compliment. I think he's better on good ground or looser ground, and it's a bit tacky today. If it's suitable he could go to Punchestown for the Craddockstown.

After race at
Clonmel Thu, 22nd May, 2014 (1st)
Conor Hoban advised me to buy him last autumn. He's a good judge, and hopefully I'll be able to put him up on the horse at some stage. The owners could have a bit of fun out of him over the summer. When we bought him he was a bit weak and we put him away over the winter. The ground was too heavy at Navan (only previous hurdle run) and the trip was probably a bit sharp on his last Flat run in a good race at Tipperary. He's been working well and he loves jumping. He'll probably mix it between hurdles and the Flat.
