He's a tough little devil. It's hard to give weight away to the three-year-olds but it helps that he likes the course,. Of all the places to take on the three-year-olds it was here. He really battles up that hill. It possible that he might get an entry for the Doncaster Cup but it's in nine or ten days time and he had a hard race there and at the Curragh so we'll see. We might leave hurdling until next season. We can go hurdling anytime. He might have one more run and then get a break.

He's a very tough horse and with a filly in the race we knew they'd go a good gallop. He's just improving and improving, it's so hard to believe he was beaten in Wexford. We were going to enter him in the Ebor only he ran so bad at Newcastle. He'll either go for the Irish Cesarewitch or go back over hurdles.

I fancied Zaralabad as he was working really well but he met a lot of trouble in running. When Rajik met the rising ground he flew home, and he could run again over hurdles here on Sunday,.
