he is a Tramore horse and has won three around here now. He is only seven, will win a few more around these type of tracks and jumps well. He’ll probably have to go into a better type of race now but might run here on Sunday in a race over two six. I’ll see what Ruby says and I'll declare him and see how he is - if is he 100% he might run, if not he'll be in at Killarney and places like Downpatrick.

.He's a great leaper and would be a great horse if they held these 0-95 races at tracks like Fairyhouse, Punchestown or Navan,.

The plan was to make it but he was wiped out at the start. Ruby was lucky he didn't break his toe. We had to go to Plan B then and that was just to let Ruby do what he wanted. He won around here before, he is an ordinary horse and it was an ordinary race. It was nice to win. He is a 0-95 horse, he is a good leaper and he needs quick ground. He handles this place well and there will be another one in him somewhere along the line. Denise Entenmann owns him. It's a pity he didn't win last week as Denise was home but we will take it when it comes.

the race worked out for him and he jumped and travelled well. He (Old Castletown) is a top of the ground horse and the hood helped a bit as he is inclined to just take horses on - Ruby helped a bit too!. I'm just delighted for Denise Entenmann (nee Walsh) who owns him - she was married to a cousin of mine who died twelve months ago. She bred the horse and she also had the dam, who won races at Listowel and Leopardstown.
