This is a nice winner as the owner's wife passed away recently and the horse was named after her. They had Natalies Fancy (Galway Hurdle heroine in 1992) before. The visor was a big help to this mare as we felt she wasn't concentrating. She loves heavy ground which is a big plus.

The ground is the key to her. She will be left off when the ground dries out. She has had a long campaign and this is great. We have no plans for her now.

She stays very well and her future is chasing. The owner Michael Dixon had Galway Hurdle winner Natalies Fancy, and hopefully we have another one like that. She has a good cruising speed and jumped well for her first handicap. We took a chance running her back so quickly.
