To be honest I was expecting that. I knew she was very well,. Her last run was a bit of a disaster. She went to Wolverhampton and was gone for three days. We had to go early because of the weather. It was around the same time as Guy Fawkes over there and the fireworks drove her mad. She didn't eat or drink for three days. The track suited her here today.

That was my first flat winner. This filly had a lot of foot problems in the past. She had a run on the flat at the back end of last season but she just wasn't ready. We always thought a lot of her. Kevin Manning recommended that we put blinkers on her and that seemed to have done the trick. Hopefully she'll keep going now.
