she bounced back after her bad run in Bellewstown - the trip might have been a bit short for her but she never carried him. Maybe she just doesn't enjoy the firm ground and we'll try and keep her on ground with a cut in it. This was great ground and was ideal. Brian gave her a lovely patient ride and maybe got first run on Jack Kennedy (on runner-up Hollymount), which was a help. We'll try and find something in Galway for her.

The 12-member syndicate are all local to Dungarvan and are very happy!. She ran a very good race the last day in Killarney and we thought she was coming back to form but the ground wasn't ideal, although it was loose. She is tough and stays going. She was second in Galway last year so we might go back there. I'm a dairy farmer, I've two in training and the other one (Moresby Buoy) was second first-time out in Tramore on Friday night.

I just want to thank the lads that own her (Kilbriens Syndicate), they have been very patient. Most of them are local to Dungarvan and they are thirteen of my friends who come from all sorts of careers, nurses, farmers, undertakers, all sorts of jobs,. This has been a lucky spot for us. Glendine River won four times for us here. It wasn't always the plan to run her both days. I just wanted to run her here with the syndicate being local. With the balloting system I didn't think she'd get in today. We ran her yesterday in a maiden hurdle which wasn't ideal but she finished really well. The fact she got in today we just said we may as well run her. I've no plan for her now. There is a meeting here in July and if there is a race suitable, she will go for that. I have just her in training and we are dairy farmers.
