Reports in which Jeremys Jewel (IRE) was mentioned
Dual bumper winner Jeremys Jewel got off the mark over jumps at Cork today, as the Paul Nolan trained mare readily justified 1/2 favouritism to win the Paddy Power Onside App (Mares) Maiden Hurdle.
Sun 31st Oct
The Irish EBF Supporting TREO EILE Mares Maiden Hurdle was a slowly-run affair and in the sprint to the line it was Glan (9/4) who narrowly came out on top under Mark Walsh.
Sat 09th Oct
Jeremy's Jewel, the 7/4 favourite, sent punters home happy from Killarney after winning the concluding mares' bumper.
Fri 16th Jul
Local trainer Paul Nolan bookended the card at Wexford with a first and last race double as Jeremys Jewel took the Hook Head (Pro-Am) INH Flat Race in convincing fashion.
Wed 16th Jun
There was early money about for her when down the field last time at Clonmel, but at 66/1 Highstreet Roller sprung a surprise today in the concluding Irish Stallion Farms EBF Mares (Pro/Am) INH Flat Race at Punchestown.

we think she is a good filly and the only worry today was the ground. She always moved like a nice ground filly but we had to take our chance and it was a fact-finding mission as regards ground. Bryan said he'd rather ride her in a good race over two miles (than today's 2m4f) and while he said she was too keen, she was just too good for them. She is a good filly and jumps very fast. Please God and with all things being well, she is one for the mares' novice hurdle in Cheltenham. I know we are shooting for the stars a little bit, but that is her longterm plan.

We think she will improve a good bit from that. When she was beaten first time we were disappointed but she was too keen. Barry was sorry he jumped off wide today for the better ground. He said it was the worst thing he done because she had no cover. He was dreading that she was too keen again after being so long off. He said she has enough pace for the flat, so we will take a look at things like that, maybe over a mile and a half. She seems to love that ground and I'm just delighted now that she has gone and done it. I probably wouldn't run her on ground quicker than today. It's drying out so thanks be to God they put as much water as they did on it. She is owned by a very loyal owner in Phil Byrne. We bought her off of Aidan Fitzgerald off of a piece of work. She was injured after her last run and has been off that length.
