She's been unlucky with a few injuries and has missed the first half of last year and this year when she had a stress fracture of her cannon-bone,. We're only getting going with her lately. The ease in the ground was a plus and even though she has won on the all-weather she handles soft very well. She's in at Dundalk on Friday and seeing as the season is nearly over she might go there. Then we might pull up with her.

she (Happy Anniversary) had a great year last year but had an injury in the spring and chipped a bone on a fetlock joint which needed surgery. Joseph (O'Brien) rode her here at the end of last year when she was starting to lose her form but he said she handled the surface well then so I wasn't too worried about that today. She may run here next week if there is a suitable race. Paul Sweeney, from Donegal, owns her and I'm delighted for him as he's has been very patient since buying her at Goresbridge Sales last July.

She had to work hard but she is a very genuine filly. She has a date at the Goresbridge Sales on July 26th and anyone who wants a nice mare can have her. That could be her last run for me. Soft ground suits her really well.

She is in great form at the minute. After a lot of bad days she has come good recently. She won as a 2yo in the UK and we bought her at the Newmarket Sales. She was a bit disappointing last year but the handicapper gave her a break and otherwise we wouldn't have continued with her this season. The race at Bellewstown took nothing out of her and she is thriving. She might run at Killarney now on Monday (entered in a 1m Handicap).

She showed a bit of form in Gowran and also a bit in Ballinrobe. She is entered again at Leopardstown on Thursday. Joseph gave her a great ride. He is the man in form. Bellewstown has been a good track for me. Mt Weather won her last year for me and I've also had a bumper winner here.
