things just didn't happen for him at Galway when he got a bump early on and didn't handle that kind of thing too well and took off with Andrew. He travelled well today and the only hiccup was the traffic turning in. He's not straightforward but is brave and Andrew gave him a great ride. They have a good relationship together.

He got very upset in the stalls at Galway the last day. He normally goes in last but he went in second last there and then Bendzoldan gave trouble going in after him. It was a pity because it was a case of what might have been. He could have won a nice pot there but this is good compensation. He use to boil over before races but he is more relaxed now and Andrew gave him a cool ride.

That was kind of overdue. We've been calling him all sorts of names but it's probably been our own fault as he's been getting to the front too soon.

He showed a lot of promise when he ran at Listowel. The bit of a cut in the ground really helped him here. The trip is certainly as short as he would have wanted it and he will probably just have one more run this season.
