It may have taken Ballyboker Bridge eleven outings 'between the flags' before gaining a maiden success, but the nine-year-old is operating at the height of his powers now as he showed by following up his win in the P.P. He was really on fire today and will probably go to Cheltenham next month. That was one of the better cross country races we have had for a while,.

It was good to have a sub! (also trained Federici). He ran well behind Quantitiveeasing in the La Touche and they went so fast today, they cut each other's throats. Obviously Federici didn't get home with the gallop but Cantlow stayed on well and will have an entry in the Galway Plate now. We'll try and keep him in that frame of mind now and it's nice to get the win as I've been second in the last two years.
