Punters ignored the fact that when under the care of Mick Phillips, Powerstation went down by thirteen lengths, to the 2006 Galway Plate hero, Far From Trouble, in the corresponding event at the Maze in 2007 (4/5 then). At odds of 4/7 this time in the Bank Of Ireland Business & Retail Banking Hurdle, Andrew McNamara's mount failed by three lengths to Baily View.
